Wicked Imports is a Trade-Only Supplier. We supply to businesses and retail outlets, whose primary focus is the resale of our range of products. Registrations help us best assist you with your queries in the future, as well as safeguard our bona fide trade clientele.
We do not supply the end-user or consumer, thus giving the reseller or corporate client, peace of mind that your supplier is not competing with you.
All information is private and will be used or be available to the staff at Wicked Imports only.
Unfortunately we do not supply directly to the public. As Wicked Imports is a Trade only supplier, we supply product to retail stores or wholesalers for re-sale only. As a distributor, we do not compete directly with the stores with whom we distribute to.
You can become a reseller of our products, by registering your Business on our registration page. Please note, only retail outlets or resellers are considered for membership as we do not supply directly to consumers. As soon as you have completed and submitted your registration form, the form is submitted to our offices for processing and confirmation. Once our personnel have completed due diligence on your registration, you will receive feedback, either for additional information pertaining to your business, or you will receive an email confirming that your username and password is now active. We endeavour to complete your registration activation within 48 hours of receipt.
Your username is the email address you had submitted on your online registration submission.
Unfortunately, we cannot. As your password is transmitted in an encrypted format, we have no access, nor are we able to view your password at any time. You can reset your password at the login page.
In order to safe-guard our bona-fide clientele, our pricing is only available to registered members. Once you have submitted your registration and received your confirmation email, advising that your username and password is active, you are able to log in as a member and view our pricing.
No, it will not be created automatically. As the passwords need to be created by the user, we are unable to pre-create or autonomously create a log in for a customer.
All pricing quoted exclude VAT. The VAT value is reflected at the end of the copy of your online order.
Upon receipt of the email confirming that your username and password is active, you are able to log into your profile and generate your orders online. Once you have completed shopping, and click on submit order, a copy of your purchase order is emailed to our offices, as well as to your email address. Our sales personnel then generate your official pro forma Invoice. This pro forma invoice will be emailed to you for your perusal and confirmation of acceptance. The items on your order are reserved for you for 48 hours.
We have a minimum purchase order value of R 500ex for locally delivered orders, and R 1 000ex for orders to be delivered via courier.
You will receive your official pro forma invoice from our Sales Personnel. The pro forma invoice contains all the information required to complete your transaction. The items on your order are reserved for you for 48 hours.
For deliveries within Gauteng, please allow for a minimum of 48 hours from payment.
For deliveries in other major centres and/or outlying regions, please allow for 48-72 hours from payment.
All orders below a value of R2000.00 ex vat will incur a delivery fee.
All orders are quality checked before leaving our store rooms, shortages and claims will not be considered unless made within 48 hours of receipt of goods.
All orders must be checked at time of delivery. Wicked Imports will not be held responsible for claims on delivery notes / waybills that are not endorsed in detail.
All goods returned for credit after 7 days of receipt, which is not defective, will be subject to a 15% handling fee.
As a distribution centre, we no longer have a showroom on site. You are however welcome to mail us and arrange a meeting in which we could potentially draw out some items you wish to view.
